Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 celery stalks, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley (or can use dry)
3/4 cup butter

1 1/2 pound day old bread
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp rubbed sage
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp pepper
2 eggs
1 can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery, onion, parsley in butter until tender.

In large bowl, toss bread with salt, sage, poultry seasoning, thyme, and pepper.
Combine eggs and broth then add to bread mixture and toss.
Add to slow cooker and cook on low 4-5 hours.

***My crockpot would burn the stuffing if cooked 4 hours. So check your stuffing at around 3 hours to make sure it's not burning on the bottom.
