Whole Chicken, PLUS
extra chicken legs, thighs, neck, whatever.
extra canned chicken broth to add to homemade broth if you don't have enough broth to cook noodles.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook whole chicken plus add extra pieces, legs, thighs, whatever. Cook in stock pot with enough water to cover chicken for at least one hour. Add salt to taste. Remove from heat when done cooking and remove meat from broth.

Remove meat from the bones after it has cooled. Set aside in container and either freeze or use for other recipes. Such as chicken pot pie, soups, etc.

When ready to cook noodles, add extra chicken broth to stock. The noodles absorb a lot of broth. Heat chicken broth in large pot to boiling. Add noodles and simmer.
