Ingredients:  
1 big bag (or 3 small bags) frozen broccoli, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta
1 stick of butter

Topping:
1 stack of Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick of butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli 10 minutes; drain completely. Add chicken soup, butter and cheese. Cover and leave until the cheese and butter have melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Topping: Mix crushed crackers and melted butter together.
Pour broccoli mixture into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cracker mixture on top. Bake until bubbly and brown.
