Ingredients:  
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 carrots, sliced in coins
1 small sweet onion, diced
1 small can spinach
1 can Goya small white beans in oil/cilantro etc.
3/4 cup diced peppers, multi colored
32oz. chicken broth
2 cups chopped, cooked Turkey
Onion Powder/Salt/Garlic Powder

In a large pot mix all but turkey & beans. Bring to a boil thn add turkey & beans and simmer 15-20 minutes or until carrots are tender.
