2- 3oz. pkgs instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups milk
1/2 medium size (9oz) cool whip
1 box whole graham crackers


Chocolate Frosting:
2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
2 cups powdered sugar
2 T. milk (may need 4 T)
2. Karo syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the pudding and milk. Fold in cool whip. Line 13x9 pan with graham crackers. top with half of pudding mixture, other graham cracker layer, then remainder of pudding mix. Finish with a graham cracker layer. Frost with Chocolate Frosting.

Frosting:
mix until smooth. Spread on top graham cracker layer. Set overnight in refrigerator for best taste and cutting.
