16 slices white sandwich bread cut into 1- inch cubes
1 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
12 large eggs
2 cups whipping cream
½ cup maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Beat cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth, add eggs and next 3 ingredients, beating until blended. Pour over bread cubes, cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Remove from frig, let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Bake at 375 º for 40 -50 minutes or until set, covering with foil after first 25 minutes in oven.

I found this on a recipe card in my cookbook. The handwriting I believe is Denyse's, so therefore, I have given her the credit for this recipe. I know that Teresa also makes a similar dish for brunches and it is always something she finds easy to make in advance and put in the oven in time to serve.
