1 pkg German Chocolate cake mix
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cups melted margarine
1 pkg. light carmels (14 oz.)
2 cups chocolate chips (12 oz.) (us whole package)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt carmels and 1/2 cup milk over low heat. Stir occasionally, set aside, mix cake mix and 1/3 cup milk, margarine and nuts (very thick). Spread 1/2 mixture in greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 8 minutes. (cover bottom only) Remove sprinkle chips and carmels over top, crumble remaining mixture over top (drop all over pan in spoonfulls) Bake at 350º for 18-20- minutes more. Refrigerate 1/2 hour, cut in squares. Can be frozen. (Store in fridge)
