Soak 1 package yeast in ˝ cup warm water with 1 teaspoon sugar. Dissolve sugar in the warm water and sprinkle yeast on top. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Dough: Sugar Mixture:
3 cups flour 1 cup brown sugar
˝ Teaspoon salt 1 Tablespoon cinamon
3 Tablespoons sugar Mix together
1 cup margarine or butter
˝ cup milk
2 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients until crumbly then add ˝ cup milk and the eggs. Add the yeast and knead dough until soft. Place the dough in a bowl, let stand in the fridge overnight. Then divide the dough into 4 portions; roll out the dough, sprinkle the sugar mixture over the dough and keep rolling and adding the sugar mixture. Cut into squares then triangles and roll up like croissants. Bake in a 325* oven for 10 minutes or until bottoms turn golden brown.
