First Layer:
1 cup flour
tsp salt
cup sugar
2 tsp baking soda

Second Layer:
cup milk
cup cocoa
2 tbsp melted butter

Third Layer:
cup sugar
cup brown sugar
4 tsp cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Sift 1st layer ingredients (flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder).

Add 2nd layer ingredients (milk, cocoa, and butter) to sifted mixture.

Pour in greased 9x9 pan.

Mix 3rd layer ingredients (sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa). Sprinkle on batter.

Pour 1 cup boiling water over the top and bake 45 minutes at 350.
