18 chicken wings

Korean BBQ sauce:

1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
1/4 cup store-bought kimchi base or liquid from prepared kimchi
2 Tbsp. siracha
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
2 Tbsp. lime juice

Buttermilk Dill Dip:

1 cup mayo
1 cup buttermilk
1 Tbsp. finely chopped dill
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Lime (on the side)
Buttermilk dill (recipe below)
Sesame seeds and scallions

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk together BBQ sauce, kimchi base, siracha, sesame oil and lime juice. Set aside (Korean BBQ Sauce).

2. If you choose to make dipping sauce, whisk together mayo, buttermilk, dill, garlic and onion powder and salt. Refrigerate for 2 hours (Dill Dipping Sauce).

3. Place raw chicken wings in deep fryer at 350 degrees, cook for 10 -12 minutes. Cool chicken. wings. Fry the wings again for 9 minutes.

4. Toss wings in Korean BBQ sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds and scallions on top. Serve with lime and buttermilk dill dipping sauce on the side.
