Be sure to wear plastic or rubber gloves and do not touch face.

Pull tops off dryed red chilis and check for mildew. Rinse well. Put 20 to 25 in pot on stove with small amount of water,cover and bring to a boil.Boil for 5 min. til soft. Place 6 to 8 chilis in blender with small amount of hot water from pot and blend til smooth and you can not see any peel.Takes a while.Put in small containers 1/2 pint or so.Freeze Use as needed.
