4 raw boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz. ea)
1 (15-oz,) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
2 (15-oz) cands, black beans, rinsed and drained
2 (25 oz) cans diced tomatoes, low sodium
1 lb. frozen and thawed corn
1 (12 oz) jar of favorite salsa

Directions:

Place the chicken breasts on the bottom of the cooker. Pour the tomatoes and salsa over that , then layer on the beans and corn.
Cook on low for 5-7 hours, or until the chicken easily falls apart when the pot is stirred.
