1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 jar spaghetti sauce (14 oz)
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
1 package frozen spinach (10 oz) thawed and well drained
1 box small pasta shells (16 oz) cooked and drained
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet brown ground beef onion and chopped garlic
until ground beef is no longer pink. Drain off grease.
Add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and tomato paste to
hamburger mixture. Simmer for 10 minutes on low. Cook shells
as directed. Strain and rinse. Put the shells back in pot,
add the spinach, bread crumbs, eggs, cheese and oil. Mix well.
Spread the spinach mixture in a 13x9x2 baking pan sprayed with
cooking spray. Top with meat mixture. Sprinkle parmesan cheese
on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
