1 cup nut meats ( use your favorite, pecans, hazelnuts, walnuts, etc.)
½ lb vanilla wafers crushed
2 Tbsp coco powder
½ c light corn syrup
¼ rum
confectionery sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix nuts and crushed wafers.
Place coco, corn syrup, and rum into container and mix with nut and crushed wafers. Cover.
Remove dough with spatula and form into balls. Roll in confectionery sugar.
Refrigerate in an air tight container for a few days.

These are always a hit with the adults at Christmas! However, they may be to strong for children depending on the amount of rum that winds up in the recipe!
