2½ cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
3½ tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Grated Orange Peel
3 Tbsp Salad Oil
½ cup Milk
¾ cup Orange Juice
1 Egg
1 cup Nuts, finely Chopped
1 cup dried Apricots; finely cut up

Heat oven to 350ºF

Grease and flour 9x5x3 or 2 loaf pans
Measure all ingredients into large mixer bowl; beat on medium speed 30 seconds
Pour into pan(s)
Bake 55-65 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean
Remove from pans. Cools thoroughly before slicing
