Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the onions and the cabbage. Sauté the onions. Layer the ingredients. Put a layer of cabbage down and then add a layer or onions. Next sprinkle on the caraway seed, salt, pepper, sugar, and then vinegar. Always add more sugar than vinegar. Keep doing adding layers until you have the desired amount of cabbage. For each head of cabbage you put in, you will also in an onion. For each head of cabbage you add in, you also add a stick of butter in. (Don’t tell Jeff that though or he will have a heart attack seeing how much butter is in this!) When you put the pot onto the stove top, add in a cup of water and a small amount of Worcestershire sauce to add a little flavor. Cook for several hours on low/medium heat. Continue to stir occasionally.
