2 cups Sugar
2 cubs butter or 1 cup oil
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 cups ground Zucchini
4 cups Flour
1 cup nuts

Preheat oven to 350ºF

Beat Eggs, add sugar and oil; mix well
Add all other ingredients and mix well
place in loaf pans
Bake 1 hour at 350ºF
