3lbs. bone-in chicken (legs, thighs, quarters and/or breasts)
Note: I typically use legs and thighs
1C. butter

Add the following mixture to a gallon size sip-lock bag and mix well:
1C. all-purpose flour
2tsp. salt
2tsp. paprika
1/2 two ground sage
1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
I use two pans.... one for legs and one for thighs and cook simultaneously.
While oven is preheating to 450º place both pans in oven with butter added (half and half), to melt while you're prepping chicken and spices.

Place all chicken in the bag, shake well.
Make sure all chicken is coated well.

Pull pans out of oven and lay chicken pieces in butter, skin side down in single layer.

Bake for 20 mins on each side.
