8 oz. elbow macaroni
2 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
¼ cup milk
½ cup sour cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
2 oz. Velveeta cheese (optional)
1 tsp dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook/drain macaroni. Mix all ingredients and combine with macaroni. Bake uncovered in greased casserole dish at 350 for 35 minutes until browned.
