1 Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
1 small box lemon jello
4 eggs - separated
¾ water
¾ cup wesson oil
2 tbsp. lemon extract


Lemon Jello Cake Glaze
1½ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven 350º - Bake 1 hour
Use Angel food cake pan - well greased
Add water, extract and egg yolks to the dry cake mix. Beat together: egg whites, oil and jello. Add this to the cake mixture
slowly. Beat entire mixture at high speed for 3 minutes, until the mixture is creamy and well mixed. Pour into greased angel food cake pan and bake in oven at least1 hour.

Glaze:
Completely mix 1½ cup powdered sugar with ¼ cup lemon juice. Pour on hot cake.
