2 cups water
5 cups diced potatoes
½ cup diced onions
½ cup diced celery
1 cup diced carrots
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
2 tsp dried parsley

¾ lb. Velveeta cheese
¼ cup flour
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all above ingredients (except milk, flour, and cheese) and cook until tender.

Mix ¼ milk and flour into paste and fold into soup. Add 2 ¾ cups milk/half-n-half and cubed Velveeta cheese. Cook on low heat until soup thickens. You can’t cook it too long, but you can cook it too high.
