1 can kidney beans, drained and washed
2 T sweet pickle relish
1 C chopped celery
1 tsp minced onion
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
4 T mayo

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a bowl:mix well.

2. Refrigerate until cold. Serve

This is one of my favorite side salads. The flavors blend together so well. Another recipe that I don't know the origins. It's just always been there.
