1 CUP PECANS
1/2 CUP BUTTER
1/2 CUP HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
2 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR
1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/2 CUP WHITE SUGAR
1 TSP VANILLA

Directions:
Directions:
Measure out powdered sugar in a medium bowl & set aside
Grease 8x8 baking dish with butter
Combine butter, sugars and whipping cream in a medium size pot over medium heat until it begins to boil, and the bubbles do not stir away
Set timer for 5 minutes and stir constantly
Remove from heat and stir in the powdered sugar, vanilla and pecans
Pour into pan and allow to cool before cutting, preferably 24 hours
