1 head lettuce
1 tsp. salt
2½ tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cream or half and half
½ c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 hard-cooked eggs

Directions:
Wash lettuce and chop coarsely. Mix together salt, sugar, cream, mayonnaise and vinegar. Stir until smooth. Pour over lettuce and mix lightly. Garnish with chopped eggs.
