• Bacon (preferably thick cut)

1. Preheat oven to 400º F
2. Get out cookie sheet with a lip and line it with aluminum foil.
(Make sure aluminum foil has a walled edge that goes up the edge of the cookie sheet at least 1 inch.
3. Space out slices of bacon, leaving at least 1 inch between the slices.
4. Bake in oven for 10 minutes
5. Remove pan from oven and flip bacon using tongs.
6. Cook for another 8-15 minutes depending on how you like your bacon cooked.
