3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 to 2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 to 3 tsp vanilla
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups A to Z ingrediants
1 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, soda and baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Set aside. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla and oil. Beat thoroughly. Add A to Z ingredient. Stir in all but 1/2 cup of the flour. Stir flour and nuts; stir into batter. Pour into two 9 by 5 loaf pans and bake at 325 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes until done. First Place Arlene Wilkins-5110 Council Ring Blvd., Kokomo, In

Apples, grated Marmalade, 1 cup to replace 1 cup sugar Apple sauce Oranges, seeded, peeled and chopped Apricots, chopped Peaches, chopped Bananas, mashed Pears, seeded and chopped Carrots, shredded Pineapple, drained and chopped Cherries, chopped and pitted Pumpkin, pureed Dates, chopped and pitted Raisins Eggplant, peeled and chopped Raspberries Figs, finely chopped Zucchini, grated, shredded, and drained Grapes, seeded and sliced Honey, 1 1/2 cups to replace 1 cup sugar Lemons, 1/2 cup juice and 1 1/2 cups other ingredients
