3 - 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese softened
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
Cherry (or strawberry pie filling)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well blended and smooth with an electric mixer.

Place 2" foil cups on cookie sheet and put a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup.

Fill full with cream cheese mixture. Fork 1 cherry or strawberry and place in center
of each.

Bake 350 for 15 min. Cool hour and then refrigerate.
These freeze well.

Foil cups can be bought at Maid of Scandinavia, Michael's or Hobby Lobby.
