6 Eggs

1 cup sugar

4 tbsp. baking powder

4-8 tsp. orange extract

5 ¼ cups flour

1 cup butter

2 Orange rinds
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add melted butter then add orange extract.
Gradually add flour with baking powder and mix well.

Roll into ¾” balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 15 min.

Remove and let cool.
