1 lb. ground sasuage
drippings from sausage and approximately 3 T additional oil
4 T flour
Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet crumbling as it cooks. When sasuage is done add additional oil, sal, pepper and flour. Stir into cooked sasuage until mixed well, Slowly add milk and continue stiring until gravy begins to thicken. Best when served over hoy biacuiras
