1 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup melted butter
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Gradually add sugar to beaten egg, beating until fluffy & lemon color
Stir in the flour, melt butter and chocolate and gradually add flour mixture.
Add pecans and pour into a well greased 8 x 8 x 2 in. pan
Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 min. cut into squares when cold
