⅓ cup grease
4 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
After frying meat, pour out grease from skillet. Save about ⅓ to put back in skillet. Add flour, salt, and stir. Keep stirring until flour is medium light brown. (The browner the flour the more it takes to thicken.) Add milk slowly, stirring while you pour. Cook and stir until it boils to thickness you like. Will thicken some as it sits in pan.
Enough for 2-3 people
