3 - 8 oz packages of cream cheese
1 cup unsalted butter - softened
2 lbs. confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese at high speed until smooth. Add butter, beating again until smooth.
Reduce speed to low and gradually add sugar, vanilla and salt beating until fully combined.
