1 cup whip cream
2 cups light brown sugar
3 cups pecan halves
2 T. butter (room temperature)

Directions:
In a 4 quart glass bowl mix sugar and cream. Microwave 11 to 13 minutes depending on your oven. Quickly stir in butter and pecans. Drop quickly on sprayed (Pam) foil.
