8 ox cream cheese
8 oz crushed pineapple, well drained
1 c chopped pecans
3 c flaked coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and pineapple.
Fold in pecans
Cover and chill 1 hour
Roll into 1" balls and roll in coconut
Child 4 or more hours
Makes 24
Not at all sweet, and they stay soft, may want to add some sweetener
