3 1/4 cups water or vegetable broth
1 cup millet
1 cup quinoa


Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and drain the grains. Bring the water or broth up to a boil and add in the grains.
Cover, turn to low, and simmer for 20 minutes with the lid on. After 20 min., remove from heat.
Let it stand, COVERED, for 5 min. Uncover, fluff with a fork and itís ready to serve.
