3 lbs. Hamburger
4 Onions
Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
Large pack grated Cheddar Cheese
Large pack Corn Tortillas
2 Large cans Enchilada Sauce
2 Large cans Tomato Sauce
Sliced olives

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger. Add about 1 cup onions. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until grease is clear.

When hamburger is cooked add about 2 cups sauce and let cook until cooked down.

When filling is cooked, start cooking tortillas in a skillet in melted butter until soft. When soft dip tortilla in a pie pan that is filled with sauce. Take out and add hamburger mixture and cheese on top of tortilla. Roll up and place in large pan. After pan is full pour sauce over top and cover with cheese and sprinkle with onions and olives.

Bake at 350º until cheese is melted and bubbly.
