3 lbs cooked Great Northern Beans, canned or bottled, undrained
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 medium onions, chopped
2 tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp ground cloves
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground oregano
8oz canned chopped mild green chilis
4 cups chicken stock
20oz monterey jack cheese
sour cream
chopped jajapenos

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in large saucepan. Add cold water to cover. Bring to simmer. Cook till tender, about 15-20 min. Remove from saucepan and discard water. Dice chicken into ½" cubes. Using the same pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions till translucent. Stir in garlic, chilis, cumin, cayenne, oregano and cloves. Saute for 2-3 min. Add chicken, beans, stock and 12oz cheese; let simmer for 15 min stirring occasionally. Ladle into bowls and top with 1oz cheese. Serve with side of sour cream and chopped jajapenos.
