1 package boneless, skinless chicken thighs
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
Lemon juice from ½ lemon
1 Tbsp ginger, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp coriander
1½ tsp prior
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp ground red pepper
2 Tbsp avocado oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, coriander, paprika, cumin, salt, and red pepper in a large bowl. Stir until well combined. Add chicken to bowl and coat well, marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 24 hours in the fridge ( if marinating fin fridge remove about 30 minutes prior to cooking. Using tongs pick up chicken allowing excess marinade to drip into bowl, brush chicken with oil. Broil first about 8 minutes, turn chicken and brush other side with oil then broil for additional 6 minutes.
