Chicken
Dixie Fry

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet melt shortening or heat oil until hot.

Roll chicken pieces in Dixie Fry. Put in skillet when grease is hot. Lower temperature to medium. Brown on all sides, turning so it doesn't burn. Pierce meat with fork and make sure juices are clear. Then remove from pan.
