1 package cheddar cheese, shredded
1 package jack cheese, shredded
6 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 large can or 3 small can while green chiles

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix cheeses together. Lightly pack 1/3 cheese mixture in an ungreased 9x13" pan. Drain chiles, open them so that they are flat, rinse away any seeds and place chiles on top of cheese mixture. Add remaining cheese on top of chiles. In a separate bowl mix eggs with evaporated milk, beat until mixed thoroughly, pour mixture evenly over cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes, until lightly brown on top and mixture is fully set. Once done remove from oven and allow to set for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
