Ingredients:  
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/3 c. warm water
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp.salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in bowl.
Add warm water and knead dough is soft but not sticky.
Strech and pat until thin.
Tear off one piece at a time.
Poke small hole through middle and drop into a kettle of hot oil.
Brown both sides .
Serve Hot.

Serve with butter, honey, jam, cinnamon and sugar,, syrup.
