Meaty ham bone - save from ham and store in freezer
6-8 c. water
4 potatoes, diced
4 carrots, peeled and sliced
3 stalks celery, diced
1 onion, diced
28 oz. can Bush's original baked beans, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil meaty ham bone in stock pot for 1 hour. Remove bone/ham from soup and cool.
2. Cut meat into bite sized pieces.
3. While meat is cooling, return broth to boil. Add diced onion, potatoes, carrots, and celery. Boil til tender.
4. Add ham back into stock pot until heated through.
5. Add baked beans and heat through.

Notes -
I used to add small can of tomato paste or other beans if desired. Other beans could be used additionally.
