Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/2 c sugar
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 c orange juice
1/4 c lemon juice
1 tsp grated rind
6 cups assorted fresh fruit, cup up and drained

1 cookie crust:
1/4 c butter
1/4 c sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour

Blend until crumbs form. Press into a 9" spring form pan and bake at 400^ for about 8 minutes or until the edge is brown. Cool

In saucepan mix sugar and cornstarch. Gradually stir in orange juice until smooth. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and rind. Cool completely Fold in fresh fruit and turn into cooked pie shell. Cool in fridge before serving!
