3 cups regular rolled oats or oat flour
1 1⁄3 cups yogurt
3 eggs
2⁄3 cup coconut palm sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1⁄4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 1⁄2 cups chopped strawberries (if frozen, just thaw partially for easy chopping)

Grease muffin cups, around 15
Put all ingredients, except the berries in a blender.
Stir in the strawberry pieces.
Fill muffin cups.
Bake 20 - 25 minutes

It can be done with 3 cups (scant) of oat flour, and stir well in a bowl. Add a bit of preferred milk to get a consistency that can be mixed well. Then fold in the berry pieces.
