3 c. cooked and whipped sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
3 eggs beaten
1 stick margarine (I recommend butter)
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring (pure is best)
1 c. coconut


Topping:
1 c. light brown sugar
1 stick margarine - soften
1 c. chopped pecans
4 Tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first six ingredients then combine the remaining ingredients and spread on top. Bake till done. Around 30 minutes at 350.
