Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli Recipe

1 1/2 pounds high end steak sliced thin (we use fajita meat)
1 cup beef broth
3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
4 tablespoon.cornstarch
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon. sesame oil
2 garlic cloves
3 cups of broccoli florets
3 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon (or to taste) red pepper flake
1/2 spoon ground ginger
1 can sliced water chestnuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, whsk together sesame oil, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, red pepper flake, ground ginger, water chestnuts, and diced onions.

Pour into crock pot, then add in the sliced steak and mix well until combined fully.

Cover and cook on LOW f or 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2 1/2 hours

In a small bowl, combine the water and corrnstarch together and then pour in the crock pot with the cooked steak.
Mix Well.

Finally add the broccoli florets in over the steak and sauce, stirring to combine.

Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes (to cook broccoli and allow the sauce to thicken properly)

Serve with rice, mashed or by itself.
