3 c mashed sweet potatoes (fresh or canned)
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
½ c milk
½ c butter softned

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole dish
 

Topping

1 c brown sugar
⅓ c flour
⅓ c butter softened
1 c chopped pecans

Mix together to make a crumble and drop on top of casserole

Bake at 350º for 30 min
