6 cans baked beans
1 c brown sugar
1 can Rotel
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
3 T Mustard
2 lbs ground beef, cooked and drained
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste







Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Brown ground beef, drain. Set aside while you mix beans, sugar, Rotel, tomato sauce, tomatoes, bellpepper onion and salt and pepper to taste. Add ground beef and mix well. bake uncovered 4 hours. check after 2 hours and if the beans are drying out cover with foil for the remaining time.
