Mom's Spicy Meatloaf Recipe

1 1/2 lb ground beef
3 slices of bread, torn into small pieces(I use uncooked oatmeal or instant potato flakes)
1 egg
1 can Rotel
1 small onion, chopped
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Spread in ungreased loaf pan. Bake at 375º for 1 hour. Drain excess drippings. Spoon chili sauce over cooked loaf. Bake another 15 minutes.
Instead of chili sauce I use a cup of ketchup and 1/2 cup sugar mixed together and spread over loaf. This gives it a spicy sweet taste.
