Shortening - 1 c
Brown sugar - 2 c
Vanilla - 1 tsp
Eggs - 2
Flour, sifted - 2 c
Salt - tsp
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Coconut - 2 c

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375.

Mix all ingredients together, in order. Bake 8-10 minutes.
